Mom of 3: IT's very beautiful, but the hike to Hanging Lake was pretty tough. When we hiked around the lake - where we camped, the Cabosse did the whole thing himself, but up to the Lake he had to be carried. It was steep, and there were a TON of big ol' rocks that had to be navigated. It was only 1.2 miles, but it was some serious work carrying a toddler!
Those are the reasons, I will NEVER camp!! Unless it's in a cabin with running water. Yes folks, I am a Girlscout leader. That is where Colleeno comes in. It will then be HER turn!
